As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing programs for an exciting "mobile to PC" multi-device app development product line. You will craft messaging and positioning for products. You will conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role you will be the expert in understanding application developer customers, how their evaluation and decision processes work, and what their buying criteria are, and transfer that knowledge into marketing programs and to the sales channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market.
- Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products.
- Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.
- Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 2 years' experience in a field facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.

Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the entire Sales organization, focusing on business analysis, sales tools, and program management. In this role, you will partner with sales managers to ensure that performance and operational goals are met.
This is an ideal position for someone with strong Excel and SQL skills, experience with Salesforce, and the ability to respond to dynamic job requirements and conditions.
Qualified candidates will have strong program management skills, excellent communication skills, creative problem solving skills, and a proven ability to achieve results.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed monthly reports to track key sales metrics including pipeline, sales-to-date, quota attainment, etc.
- Work with the Finance team to generate revenue reports such as forecasts and quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year growth.
- Assist with Field Sales team with its monthly commission reporting.
- Provide critical analysis of monthly sales performance to Sales managers.
- Assist Sales managers in improving pipeline reporting and monitor pipelines and alert management as needed.
- Assist with data cleanup and validation.
- Manage all sales tasks in Salesforce including but not limited to territory changes and lead tracking.
- Create and manage comp plans, document territory and quota changes as needed, and ensure all new and updated plans are submitted to the HR and Finance departments.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure product release, lead generation, and sales training is in place.
- Act as a right hand for the Vice President of Sales, providing information and project plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in Sales, Finance, or Marketing in a reporting and analysis capacity.
- Expert command of Microsoft Excel including understanding of pivot tables and vlookup function.
- Strong database experience, including SQL coding skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management and experience working across multiple functional groups required.
- Strength in strategic data interpretation and visual representation of data is critical.
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Must exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and creativity.
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility and administration skills.
- Expertise in gathering and analyzing information and implementing process enhancements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Previous Sales Operations experience preferred.
